Mr. Oppenheimer has sold Arctic Spray to his grandson effective 2/16/2007 at 12AM, Josh Oppenheimer. We have been working on this for several months and it has come to a conclusion very fast. Josh is located in Virginia and has a very successful advertising agency. We feel that with his marketing expertise he will be able to grow Arctic Spray to new heights.

It has been several great years, however it is time to let the younger generation take Arctic Spray to new markets and create a major brand.
