All
orders are shipped the same day or within 24 hours (business
days) via First Class US Mail.
Orders
received by 2 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday,
will ship the same day. Orders received after that time,
or on weekends, will ship the following business day.

If the billing address on the order does not match the address on file with your credit card company the order will not be processed. Each order is verified by a Fraud Prevention Specialist prior to shipping.

Hawaii, and U.S. Territory orders must be shipped by
other means, as Ground service is unavailable
to these areas. Please call 1-800-272-8423 to purchase by phone. Please tell the operator that you were purchasing online but were referred to the call center because of your home address.
We
normally ship to Alaska and Hawaii and U.S. Territories
via USPS Priority Mail.
Further Ordering Instructions:
Please
provide a Physical Address and not a PO Box for the
shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO Box.
Once
your order is submitted, you will receive a receipt/purchase
confirmation via email.
For
money order or cashier's check, please
be sure to add the appropriate shipping costs and include a completed Order Form.
If
the correct address is not provided with your order,
and the US Mail returns your package to our office, you will
be charged the cost to re-ship the order to the correct
address.
