Email us at returns@arcticspray.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be displayed on the outside of the package. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges without a RAN.

In addition, please include a note inside the return package with the following information:

1. First Name/Last Name of customer
2. Copy of original sales receipt or invoice
3. Shipping address and phone number of customer
4. Reason for return
5. Specify whether you want a replacement or refund
6. Return Authorization Number

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date. All delivery dates are kept on file here at Arctic Spray. Returns accepted and/or received after 30 days will receive an exchange or in store credit only.

If you did not give your full or correct address when placing your order and the package is returned to us, you will be re-charged associated shipping to send the package back to you.

IMPORTANT - The product(s) must be returned in original container with RAN clearly noted.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Arctic Spray. If you want to return it, you must pay for shipping the item yourself. If, however, we make a mistake on your order, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping your order back to us via Ground or Standard only. No Overnight or Express methods will be reimbursed. We will reship your order the same way we shipped it to you initially at no additional charge. This makes it fair to all concerned.

Please send your return via UPS or FED EX since these methods are easily trackable. If you prefer to use US Mail, please insure the package and include delivery confirmation. It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure the return gets to Arctic Spray.
